Make the Colombian Coffee House a household name with the help of our franchise partners

QUALIFICATION & PROJECTIONS

The mission of the Franchisor is to offer unrivaled training and support to each franchisee as they join the Colombian Coffee House family.

Through rigorous qualification and selection, Colombian Coffee House will award franchises only to individuals that possess the highest qualifications, both personally and professionally.

Through an effective franchise distribution model, Colombian Coffee House will provide terrific ongoing support to its franchisees.

AVAILABLE MARKETS & TIMELINE

Colombian Coffee House will have a relatively typical retail footprint in high traffic areas, generally 900 to 1,800 square feet.

This will allow the franchisees a large list of potential sites to be approved by the Franchisor.

Demographic studies will aid in the site selection to make sure the target customer is well within reach.

It is expected that a typical franchisee will require 6-12 months to open a new franchise, depending mostly on the time it takes to identify the right location.
